Join The Future Sports & Mentorship Academy (FSMA) in transforming the lives of youth through sports. We are a nonprofit youth sports organization in Vancouver, WA, committed to helping kids of all races excel in basketball and offering invaluable mentorship. Our goal is to empower youth throughout the Pacific Northwest area by fostering their athletic abilities and providing them with essential life skills.

How We Make a Difference

By creating a safe, inclusive environment, we establish a welcoming and accepting atmosphere where all children feel comfortable expressing themselves and participating in basketball. We also provide quality coaching and seek experienced and knowledgeable basketball coaches that can teach young people fundamental basketball skills while instilling important life lessons, such as teamwork, perseverance, and self-motivation.
Additionally, we provide mentorship where kids can connect with adults they can relate to and look up to as positive role models. These mentors can help guide and support them in their basketball journey while providing counsel and encouragement off the court.

Who We Are

At FSMA, we are dedicated to promoting cultural diversity, sensitivity, and respect for all members of the community, ensuring that all races, genders, and backgrounds are represented and welcomed. By offering scholarships, children will have access to quality basketball programs that should not be limited by financial constraints.
Our youth sports organization provides scholarships to deserving children that might not otherwise be able to afford participation. We collaborate with other organizations and build partnerships with other nonprofits, schools, and community programs to expand the reach and impact of our basketball mentorship program.

Our vision is to empower the youth of the Pacific Northwest area to pursue their dreams and unleash their full potential, both on and off the court. With our basketball mentorship program, we believe in cultivating a generation of leaders that will positively impact their communities and break down barriers based on race, gender, socioeconomic status, and other factors.
